Whimsical Wednesday Scrapbooking Freebie

I don't know about anyone else but we had a long winter that lasted forever and we are still in spring mode here in Northern Ontario.  I'm still mulching and getting the gardens ready for summer.  It is slow going as it seems to rain or still be too cold to get anything done.

Wednesday's are going to be for looking back at past kits, showing off some of those layouts and offering you a freebie based on that past kit.  It will be a kit that just strikes my fancy that day.  Now with all the rain we have been having this week I'm going to review my Jumping Puddles Mini Kit.
